THE VINEYARDS:

ZÁHŘEBENSKÉ, 1,1 ha, organically grown

The grapes were really well ripen and healthy. The sugar content was of highest quality level.


WINEMAKER´S NOTE:

Chardonnay Záhřebenské is "salty", very mineral. Tastes like tropical fruits as far as grilled pineapple. Juicy drinking. Sur lie maturing, thorough batonnage. Very promissing classical Burgundy-style crafted Chardonnay! Cheers!
