THE VINEYARDS:ZÁHŘEBENSKÉ, 1,1 ha, organically grown
The grapes were really well ripen and healthy. The sugar content was of highest quality level.
WINEMAKER´S NOTE:Chardonnay Záhřebenské is "salty", very mineral. Tastes like tropical fruits as far as grilled pineapple. Juicy drinking. Very promissing classical Burgundy-style crafted Chardonnay! Cheers!

THE VINEYARD: ČTVRTĚFully organic care, we've worked diligently and professionally. Grapes were nicely ripe and healthy.
WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour of the sun setting down on this particular vineyeard. Chardonnay Čtvrtě is crisp, with hints of lemon zest as well as ripe peach, with long persistence. Nice acidity, good extract, simply mouthful wine. Non-filtered, non-clarified.
