THE VINEYARD: ČTVRTĚFully organic heart-felt care of Thomas, who mad us work very hard....we're still sweeting. We've worked diligently and professionally. Grapes were nicely ripe and healthy.
WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour of the sun setting down on this particular vineyeard. Chardonnay Čtvrtě is crisp, with hints of lemon zest as well as ripe peach, with long persistence. Nice acidity, good extract, simply mouthful wine. Great for summer chill and relaxation. we sell the first bottles, remaining three barriques spent more time in the wood and will be natural-wine lovers' delight. Non-filtered, non-clarified.
